We would highly recommend the TrAC shared apprentice service and to date we are very pleased with our TrAC apprentice's performance.

Working in partnership with TrAC and our sub-contractors we have been able to provide site placements for apprentice site managers, plumbers, electricians, carpenters, ground workers, formworkers, roofers and bricklayers.

TrAC apprentices have brought a huge amount of energy and enthusiasm to our business.  We get to try an apprentice without any significant risk to our business.

The service provided by TrAC means that we can have an apprentice when it's right for our business, enabling us to manage the peaks in our workload.

The TrAC shared apprentice service offers an additional solution to incorporating apprentices on our projects, alongside the traditional route.

We were very happy to support our clients in its objective to deliver apprenticeships on this project however we didn’t fully recognise the business benefit that having these apprentices would bring.
